As an experienced HitLeap user, I recommend you not using any "IP Changer" tools to start with.

Restarting completely your router shall fix the problem because it changes your IP. Your account has not been stolen, however I recommend you changing the password every month.

Well are you sure that no buddy else on your network using hitleap viewer ? because the only solution to solve that problem is to change your ip, how ? download vpn or just restart your modem and see good luck

Carefully man, you have to have an dynamic IP to get a new address after restarting, not the static one.

Usually, the only ones that get static addresses are businesses hosting things like websites and servers. Dynamic IPs are basically made for the people that don't need any of that static IP infrastructure.
