You should post original content with quality hardware and good edit. Ask yourself what you like about youtubers you watch? Do you like nice edited videos with many effects? Other people ofc do as well, so for example focus on that.

Unique it´s also important but even if he´s doing for example good Let´s Plays on any popular game it doesn´t have to be unique, but you need to record it on your own style, don´t try to act like someone else than you actually are.

First learn how to write proper english, I bet your speach skills aren't that better so improve them at first. Then don't start something in a genre that is already saturated (currently almost any content over the internet is saturated so it'll be hard). Pay to people to give you some views and then start promoting it.

Don't copy or imitate someone whose popular on youtube. There were tons of people wanting to get famous easily so they're copying someones work. Discover a good niche. Find a topic or idea that you are really into and discuss something about it. Make yourself presentable and don't do something which will lead for you to get bullied on the net. Yeah, you will still get famous and earn big money from views, comments and likes but that's going to be bad publicity and WILL affect your personal life. Do something which you really enjoy either music, dancing, gaming or doing tutorials. Don't forget to give good vibes to your viewers.

it depends what niche you are chosing , for example if it is gaming you have to chose a popular game which people enjoy watching. also you need to have a decent rig to be able to record and play with decent fps.
