The only video site I know that pay is youtube with its monetization but you have to connect it with your adsense account otherwise the monetization will not effect in the earnings.

There are actually quite a few sites out there. Check this section: http://www.wjunction.com/102-file-host- ... discussion. I'd be careful. A lot of those hosts are very shady and are mainly used to host pirated content.

Two other options:
1. Twitch TV. You would be paid depending on the number of subscribers you have
2. You could set something up yourself on a VPS.

I think there is no alternative for Google Ad-sense, people are running behind Adsense approval but it is difficult to get the approval from Ad-sense. The other alternatives to Ad-sense may not compete with Ad-sense because of payment structure and ads traffic

I think you are looking for a YouTube network thats going to pay you like Adsense but a youtube network that would accept you with not so many viewers and subs.

There are many YouTube networks.Im currently with Acifin and I can say that they are really great.

Youtube is the only video platform linked to Google Adsense for monetization. But it is a big process to get an approved Adsense account.

I agree that there are no websites like those two but you should know that Youtube Adsense and Blogging Adsense are different things

There is a site that pays greater amount of money in uploading video. It is called rumble. So should try.
