How much is the threshold limit?

When ern that buck announced that reward program has collapsed, I stopped visiting the site. I was never paid.

In Grabpoints survey site, there is an advertisement banner to EarnThatBuck. So I thought, it was a genuine site since Grabpoints is also genuine.

It is always great to have a site announce unlimited posts. I just found one on postloop earlier today but within an hour of posting there the site went offline and I did not get paid for a few of my comments. Thankfully I am much nearer to my payout now. I kind of gave up hope.

That's bad, I wish they had continued paying for unlimited posts. I think many people took advantage of it and that made them stop paying.

Maybe, they have very few points in reserve which gets exhausted the moment a few people post comments. It would be wiser if they limited comments and opened the opportunity to more people.

Now I can see the difference of those unlimited posting. The site collapsed. Sooner or later they'll be gone. Though I was happy in earnthatbuck it was a fast earning site for me, but they stop paying it's members. Reason is i guess there are so many spammers as they say.

Unlimited post always opens its door for spammers and poor quality content it better to have limited posts and pay well. If the site admins monitor the discussions and warn those who post poor quality content it would ensure better quality and stop sites from biting the dust. Its sad to see good sites go because of a few spammers and poor posters.

Nothing is free in this world. Well, if you abuse the advantages that you can get from something or someone, eventually, it may leave you and you'll be left asking yourself why. Unlimited posting is very tempting, especially when it's paying you well. But, remember that we should not be abusive, we should learn to give and take.

If your site rewards the users for creating content, allowing users to do unlimited posts will ruin your site. If you allow unlimited posts, users will being to create trash.

I believe it's a genuine site but maybe they just don't pay users to post on it anymore like what happened with Digital Global.

Earning from a forum site can take several days of hard work. The advantage of having a forum with your blog is you can get email ID for a newsletter.

I have been on a lot of sites where you could do unlimited posts. In most cases, the site attracted a lot of low quality posts. I think posting should have a limitation of you want to make your site better.

Well having unlimited posting leads to abuse so I will say it shouldn't be an every day thing maybe 1 or twice weekly to still maintain the quality of the poster's posts.

I don't think that good. At least once in a while just to encourage members. Some will abuse a site because of that. I do not think that it should be condoned. It is one of the things that crashes a site.

Unlimited posts drain out the life blood of the site. It is either that or they scam you to post but never pay you. Its often like a monologue when one person keeps posting or writing all the articles. Variety is what gives a site the rich and diverse appeal.
I guess it gets boring even for the poster after a while.

tpicks wrote:I was hugely surprised few days ago when one forum I'm subscribed to allowed unlimited posts. I was like could this be a technical problem with the site. I've not experience that before. The good news all posts were credited for payment and least pay was 5cents a post. I was thinking isn't this a risky move, will the admin be able to meet up wih payments when posts begin to come in thousands.

[Mod Edit: Just to stop confusion, ForumCoin now pays for an unlimited number of posts. See here.]

Some forums do have posting restrictions but some do not have.

That is where the problem lies. Unfair players always exploit these loopholes to satisfy their greed. It s is the admins job to safeguard his/her site form being mined for every single penny.
Its always good to have limited number of posts for any forum. it helps safeguard the health of the site and its financial status.

I think we make about a cent per first 10 posts. Then the rest for that day are just a fraction of a cent. I just make at least 10 a day if I can. Other than that. It's hard to have time to post so much.

I'm fine with the idea of 10 posts limit per day. It's not too low and not too much in terms of postings. And, too much of anything in anyway always turns out bad. So, 10 posts per day is just about the right amount for me.

I prefer limited posts in forums. That way, I will manage my time well instead of working in a site all day.

The ten post limit is what we are talking about. The rest is insignificant. People won't try too hard to make those tiny amounts.
