I use only CCleaner for this problem.
If there's any problem with registry and others system problem CCleaner fix it. And For others I just delete them myself. Like files from temp and prefetch etc.

Hope that will help you :)

sometimes the hard disk full message isn't from cookies and temp files sometimes its because you have the back up feature on in Drive D I think it is? I forgot the exact details but if you have it set up to back up on d drive it will use up a lot of space. do a search on google or bing with the message you got and it will tell you what to do. I had the same issue and had to turn some feature off type what you get in Microsoft forum.

Just use CCleaner one or two times per month and you are gucci. This is for a normal user, if you are a more intensive user: lots of programs, creating files and copying pasting files etc you will want to use ccleaner at least 1 time per week!

Other thing is you need to format your PC one time per year and clean its fans if you are a normal user. If you are a more intensive one you should clean it 2 time per year and format it 2 or 3 times a year!

My first reaction to that error message that says C disk is full is to run the anti-virus scan. It is better if you can run an online version so it can properly look inside. If you are sure that there is no virus then delete some unimportant files of about 2 GB. Then clear the Recycle Bin. That would free up some space for you to work on.

friend, I advise beyond what was already said in the topic you download a program to remove malware, and spend an antivirus scan
