Instead of doing this, if you reply their queries immediately, that will be more than sufficient, I think.

I am not into selling but i guess its a good way to serve your customers needs and also we can complete our monthly goals as well LOL. It will also help in boosting our confidence and our image in the mind of our customers.

I think its better to call customer to know about there experience in that way we can increase our sales as well
