Re: The Old Version of Humnatic...... Gone Forever

Postby tpicks » 31 Aug 2016, 17:42

I did not meet the old version of Humanatic and do not really have anything to say regarding that. This is what I want to ask, if in a call I am able to establish when the qualified employee was contacted can I go ahead to pick and submit the right option without waiting for the call to end, then move on to another call.

I've just been looking at it as I'm thinking of rejoining. I notice my money that I earned under the old platform is still there. There's a phone app too which I wasn't aware of. Does anyone use this app?

You can, but it isn't always advisable. I did that once, but then got audited. Apparently, later in the call, they connected the customer with someone else. It's up to you if you feel it's worth the risk.

I do not. I don't much care for apps. I'm sure others like this option though, especially since I know that some online earners work solely from their phones.

@thisnthat....I too wouldn't advise it, although I know some people do actually this. Maybe that's why they get through the calls so quickly.

I too don't really go for apps, and prefer to work off my laptop, on websites as opposed to phones. I really don't think I could cope at all. But kudos to those who like it and actually make it work :)

Yes, I'm fairly certain that the top earners probably do not listen to every call from start to finish. Being new, I guess I'll stick to taking the long route.

Well, I have to agree. The screen on my phone is way too small (and I just hate apps). Some folks don't have a computer or laptop though and strictly earn via phone. I'm glad it works for them, but I would absolutely hate trying to make money online that way.

You still need to check if the calls end, like no one is put on hold at the end or put on a live message recording unless it is still not connected.

I have been working on the site for 3 years and I never cut the call, I might fast forward but not tag it quickly when I think it is the right category. I let the call end.
