only email filter not ip cause some members uses vpn

usually we should use some sorts of antispam measueres
i belive that we have to use some members to make them responsible to watch the contents of all posts 24 hourly

I simply changed the Q & A capture to
'What is the name of this site" and its kept 100% of spambots out.

Yeah it´s good to use those "stupid questions" - easy to answer for real people but bots are not prepared for it.
