Right let me make this project easy for you. Google MyBB xThreads as the basis for an image board is right there for you then you find or develop a plugin which allows users to put their own adsense in their posts. This way they can earn money for each time they're picture thread is viewed. Just make sure you add rules to follow adsense's rules and enforce them.

That's an interesting idea too. I wouldn't limit it to adsense though. Not everyone is a fan.

I am curious as how this would work out in reality, because I don't see a reason for an uploader to upload their images to your site where they have to pay for people to view their images. There are enough image upload sites where people can upload their images for free.

You might wish to re-read the OP as that was never the idea.

I have somewhat decided that the revenue from an image host (like http://imgs.us which is what I run) wouldn't be enough to pay uploaders and have a good service (SSD drives, CDN, not a porn image host).

well I think its a really good idea, but before you do it you need to make a plan first, for exemple from where you'l get your revenue (ads like adsense or any other company) + the rate for each 1k views, actually its not easy to apply that idea !

i only hav a normal website which has a CMS (wordpress)
