0.38MBps will definitly not be enough... I have 10MBps and Skype is pretty much stopping working while video calls. The web version will need more ressources for sure, so your network will not be powerful enough ... In my opinion.

Thank you for the information, bumping up to 1Mbps will literally hit the ceiling of what I am able to get, its more than 40 USD here for 1 Mbps .

Oh :/ I am sorry to hear that. Internet connection can be very high in price sometime ... Maybe you can use the PC version only ? Maybe you'll be able to use it without too much problems ?

To merge ? What do you mean by merging your account ? Is there a problem with it ?

I think he is probably referring to being able to merge all accounts together..hotmail (Which is already part of Skype now) Gmail, and yahoomail...so that he can use just one software / website for all of them instead of many different. Just a guess....could be wrong though...

Yeah I could use the PC version but its so blurry , at least I do have a working internet, considered the lucky ones .

Hmm that would be a difficult one...I think...they might not like the idea of having alt accounts...why not just add all contacts to one skype and get rid of the other skype that way you have nothing to worry about in the future.

You can't. They were send by Microsoft only to Developer of program at Microsoft. There is no freelance developers who got it, as I can understand.

But you can't get it for sure.
