For this site actually its quite restricted as you can only get a few tens of ForumCoins. But in other sites, they have multi-level referrals. For example, you referred 2 people and the bonus is 5% of what they have earned in level 1, 4% in level 2, 2% in level 3. The two referrals refer 5 people each and the 5 people refer another 5 people each. So you will get 50 people under your referral and reap the rewards passively. Quite unreliable in some cases though.

You need something catchy and unique on your site. I had a buddy that had watchable videos on his site but they were locked with a advertisement or link shortener. You will collect on adhexa and if your videos are viewed you collect from that as well.
