Unfortunately powerful officials were hiding behind the brahmin cheater nayanshree hathwar, allegedly top officials google, tata, paypal are protecting and rewarding her , so no one will take action against her for cheating. In fact due to casteism, corruption and nepotism in india , the fraud nayanshree and her friends have been control of all content in India for section 420 cheating of content buyers

Well this is a toughie, I can't say how to get your money back, but I can say it's your duty to warn others of this writers schemes to prevent this from happening to another poor soul. Maybe leave a review somewhere if you can? It's what I would do.

Is that possible? This is the first time I heard about it. I am not aware if this is really doable and if Paypal will authorize chargeback. I guess this is one good strategy to deal with someone who is not fair then huh.

I never had this problem before. And I don't think that you can do something for her
I just advise you next time you hire someone to look at his feedback.

I strongly agree that you should write stuffs or articles on your own.... you can do that at your leisure time.

niche wrote:I paid a writer nayanshree a large amount for providing content and it was agreed that it would not be resold. However, at a later date, she allegedly resold the content to someone else and the content does not pass copyscape now. After pocketing the money, the cunning nayanshree refuses to reply and the bangalore cybercrime has not taken any action against her as the cunning nayanshree is extremely well connected.
Can anyone suggest the best way to get the money back from the writer or at least get a reply from her?
If you paid them directly, I doubt you need to wait until they make up their mind to work on you. But if you hired them like from Fiverr or other freelancing sites, simply report and they will not be able to get the funds. You can also claim for a refund.

There is nothing you can do to save such a situation. You just have to move on. The internet is faceless and you don't have to trust anyone. Next time, you do well to hire people that have reputation to protect.

When I was creating a blog and a forum, I hired writer to write articles for my blog and writers to create posts on my forums. Thankfully, I was never cheated.

There is basically anything you can do. I have seen writers being paid in advance to write on blogs and they failed to write a single word on the blog. The blog owner just let go.

That is good of you. Many people become victims of cheaters; if not, they get AI and pun content.

That was hard, we could not trust anyone. I am so sorry for your experience. I have not encountered like that on a writing site.

That is the slight advantage of hiring a writer from forum. You get to see someone that has reputation on a forum and hire the person than hire all them random writers.
