Since a website is fully developed with some content, I will buy it as opposed to a plugimn which I may not even know how it works.

Most plugin give tutorials or demo versions to present plugin. Nobody would buy it if there is no any documentation.

As I am totally inexperienced I would rather buy an entire website, I have a blog but I didn't have its domain yet as I think for now it doesn't worth to invest my money on it.
It is great that you have coding knowledges that allow you to create new sites, wish you luck, hope you will sell a lot.

I would set up my own website instead of buying website. I would always use free resources like themes and plugins instead of premium themes and plugins. I would never spend money on my website (apart from domain and hosting), until it begins to earn.

I can design using the code and the page builder so I do it on my own. I try to avoid buying the hosting and the plugins. that I can tell you.

I would prefer buying a website if the website is having good reputation in the industry. It's difficult to grow from scratch and takes a lot of time.

WordPress provides free tools too. For who doesn't know yet, it's still possible a for free WordPress account, even if in this case there are only limited tools available. But it could be good for beginners.

It really depends for me. Is the entire website loaded with features or would a plug-in do the same for less? I’ve done both in the past.

I would prefer to build my own website, why should I spend money on something when I can do it myself. If I had to buy, I will chose to buy entire site with domain, website files and database.
