I don't think they will pay you for 100 subscribers. There is criteria of 1000 subscribers to start earning.and of course there is rule of watch time as well.

I know about it now and I am not going to crane my neck to achieve that number.

Having 100 subscribers is not an easy thing and it's a nice little achievement that should motivate you to get more and if possible get your channel monetize and start making money from it

ON music videos, You will see those desparate Youtubers spamming they are a new Youtuber and they are offering follow to follow. Taking advantage of those people helped me get 1000 subscribers in no time. They wont watch your videos though.

I have a YouTube channel, but as I'm not eligible even for Adsense program (cause a 11 years ago mistake when Google Sites still existed)

Why not create another channel with another gmail and apply for Adsense when you are eligible? If you already have adsense, you can use that email to create another youtube channel.

It helped me get subscribers though, I just used them to reach 1000 because once you reach it, you will be recommended

Yes but not enough to be a career, I am still building up and I am not doing an English channel to avoid Coppa.

You can earn on youtube with zero subscriber. All you need to do is publish short videos.
