There are other constraints for unlimited hosting bandwidth like memory usage, number of files. Most webhosting companies know that it is very difficult to get more visitors to a website

"Unlimited" is just a lie , there is no such a thing. The only thing they can give you is unmetered bandwidth. Everything else have it's limits. Don't get fooled by them!

I have never heard of it.I think unlimited hosting is all about the space you will be provide with your host.this is because bigger websites host themselves thus building their own equipments and disk space.It is just an idea for marketing.
