I don't think hitleap viewer works that much well if you forget about hitleap viewer it's kind of pretty annoying most of server don't count hitleap views :/

If your server doesn ´t count views from hitleap, try to use chinese app - jingling. On google you will be sble to find a lot of tutorials how to set up jingling.

If you're using free VPN's you will usually experience that, it means that the IP that you're using currently using by the other users.
