Try to use JingLing, it's chinese version of modified HitLeap and it works much better because it´s not as common as hitleap.

It was depends on what traffic exchange you use, there are traffic exchanger that you'll get fake visits *Proxy IP's* which doesn't have a good feedback to your website!

im using hitleap before but I stop on using them when I notice that most of the visits that I get are from fake ip address, it will bring bad impact for your website specially when your advertisers know that you're just using fake visits.

I'm using Traffic exchanger before, but I stopped because it will make your site looks bad specially if you deliver bad traffics

I did some time ago for testing purposes.
Actually, since Hummingbird fake traffic has no SEO value whatsoever, as Google can now track down this kind of traffic and automatically compare it with your previous traffic.
And if you are monetizing your website with AdSense, your account will get banned real fast.

are there traffic exchange sites where you can modify the backlink? except hitleap because you must pay before you can customize it.

I don't use traffic exchanges. Traffic exchanges are not a good traffic source if you are running ads for example from Google adsense. Rtaher, try to optimise your site, write high quality and you will get search engine traffic.

I have tried using traffic exchange and based on my experience traffic from traffic exchanges is useless. It does not interact with content
