Wordpress is best. Even if you are not a good coder with the themes your site could look proffessionally and the articles would be easy to write. Also blogger is not bad, but actually I dont have good experiences with blogger.
I am enjoying working with wordpress. It is very intuitive. However, it remains necessary to know languages like HTML or CSS. If you do not know how to program it is much more difficult to make changes to the themes. I wish I could program! lolol
you can use adobe dream works, though you have to buy it first.. best if you watch tutorials on youtube or any web tutorials found anywhere in the internet, i recommend http://www.w3schools.com/ you can learn many things for free
I've used Wordpress before, but I've recently started experimenting with Weebly, and I find that I have many more options. Plus, it looks more professional than Wordpress. The only downside is that you don't get your own domain name, and you're required to get a ".weebly.com" domain.
Use wordpress it is very simple to use and there are lots of plugins are available to use and wordpress is also easy for SEO setup. search for wordpress on youtube you'll get idea how easy it is.
If you can't do coding yourself, then you need to use a free content management system like WordPress. WordPress is simple to use and has a very good interface for newbies. But you are an advanced user, then you ca also try Joomla and Drupal.
Stop wishing for a miracle and get started on https://w3schools.com and learn to code from scratch, then find a good HTML/CSS template and edit it. Be aware that if you use any of these shortcut methods suggested you are going to end up with a slow website with all kinds of junk code injected in it and lose position in the Search Engines as a result of your laziness.
