I have not engaged in this type of activity but some people involve in co-owning because they want to share expertise and to collaborate.

you are very correct! Majority of the people who involved in co-owning would do that because they want to collaborate and share experiences and also to make the website better.

it is a great opportunity because you can share ideas and make the website professional . for instance, one person might be very good in website designing and the other might be very good in coding, which will make a great combination.

I have never co-owned a website. I do not know how it works. I only had my own website before. It was hard at first, but I was able to get the hang of it.

Two people can come together to finance the set up and operation cost of the site. The challenge is always on the management of the site. Who amongst the co owners would or should manage the site. But it is workable.

I owned a website the other year but it expired. I did not bother to make my website profitable. 8-)

No not really. I have tried to create my own website personally but doesn’t pull off. I have been going through tutorials and all but nothings working. But I guess co-owning a website can be really cool. Besides two heads are better than one😉

I don't see anything wrong in CO owning a site provided the two co owners can find a middle point to blend with each other.
