So what happened? Was the money returned to you? I have never been scammed by a seller or a buyer but I'm guessing this will take time before you get the money back. They will need to investigate first.

You should open a dispute in Paypal but it won't be easy to get your money back because you bough a virtual good. Paypal needs you to prove you did not receive the item and with virtual goods things get complicate, by the other hand the seller also needs to prove he sent you the virtual good so things will get complicate to him too.

Paypal normally returns the money to the buyer when we deal with real goods, don't loose your hope even being a virtual good if you answer their questions and have enough proves on your favor there is a chance of getting your money back.

I nearlly got scammed but lucky i had not send my paypal payments.I later read that many had lost in the same way to the guy.It was about buying an essaywriters account but the guy was selling a banned account.

Paypal has a refund system, check it in the transaction line - issue refund. I'm sure you can get back your money with a dispute case. But I think that's only within 21 days from payment.

you can charge from trusted exchanger or going to your bank its will help you sure

Yes report to paypal, they will help you to chase the case and better still, if you have the proof would be better

I do not know to chargeback paypal but you do have to search on web to know more about it

It may take some time for you to get your money back if it is found that this person was indeed scamming you. Hopefully you get the money swiftly though.

if you have verify paypal than just open a new deposit and say it that you are scam and thus it is easy to recover your fund
