I think it's amazing how it connects everything and you can get exactly to the source. For example I had a technical question about a game Doom 3 and instead of asking on some gaming forum, I sent a tweet to the creator, John Carmack, and within minutes he answered. Then once I I randomly tweeted that I loved one horror movie and the director himself replied and thanked me. Such interaction wouldn't be possible years ago.

Agreed. Twitter is the best social media to connect to famous people, you would never get an answer like that on Facebook, or example.

Twitter is the best site for celebreties and for those who love them.For people who love to stay touch with their favourite celebreties twitter is ideal(I think Instagram is better in this case).The best advantage of twitter to me is that we can follow live events and tv shows as it happens and we can share our ideas at exact moment.

for me, Twitter is better than facebook in terms of advertising. Facebook is full of people always spam your inbox with garbage and the restriction of it is not established. I do trust twitter more because users were actually real people and you can talk to them about your blog/site in very truthful manner. facebook had so many scammers.

No I don't. The only advantage on twitter to me is that you can follow famouse figures and follow live events as it happens. Apart from these, twitter is bit complecated to me. I never undurstand what can I do with my account. So to me, facebook and instagram is way better than twitter.

The only advantage lies in the number of connections you can make.I have over 4,000 connections and still counting.Facebook limits us on the number of friends and likes we can have.I think this is where twitter is an added advantage.You can follow heads of states,big celebrities and many more.I love twitter for this reason.
