Blogger is decent. It has the basics tools, but I am not really satisfied with them. If I ever wanted to create a blog, I would personally use WordPress. It's so reliable and the support team is very supportive!

There are so many advantages of using blogger number one is, it is free and further you don't need to buy any domain. I am using only this blogger from almost 15 years, and it is still working good. There are so many features which one can use to prepare a good and attractive website.
