May be, They have a lot of fake facebook accounts and they are managing or using them for likes by using special types of bot.

There are Auto like applications that you can download through app store or google play by simply making your post public

Most of the People to get alot likes use websites for facebook (eg : like4like.org) one site can give you 250 Likes Per 15 minutes, and you can get more if you do again, and also you can use multiple sites, However I DONt RECOMMEND USING THEM!, Because for these sites are Likes exchanging, and there proces is something like that, you will login with your FB, then they will ask you to give permission to an app (usully named HTC SENSE) That App gives them full access to your Account, So when you click, then you select the Status or photo to be added likes, So they will use others accounts to add likes for you, and ALSO "THEY USE YOUR ACCOUNT TO ADD LIKES FOR OTHERS", and you add comments soo, and sameway, i have got my one account to be blocked, because who knows on what commenting they are using your account?
