I exchange my points with cash through Paypal. That is always I request on every sites I have , as most of them are into Bitcoins now. Always cash.

I use cash, it sounds nice for the ears, coins and points turns into cash then.

Yes there are a lot and although I like cash yet I am also glad I come to know some things about bitcoins.

Well, I didn't think that those three words have different meanings. Cash sounds like you are getting dollars, cents, currencies so I don't think it's appropriate to use it if you are not really receiving cents for your work. If you are receiving points then it is just a bonus for your work.

I use coins, points and cash. LOL. I invested my money and I started to cash out every week with huge profit. Plus I am also earning coins and points.

I agree but there are some cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and others that can be exchanged for real paypal cash.

I will sometimes use "cash" and sometimes "money "which ever suits the situation but no specific reason

I'd probably use a cool unique name if i had to choose a type of currency. But out of the three, either points or cash seem to be my likely choice.

I tend to stay away from those websites that offer vouchers, or points, or anything other than cash as a reward for your time and work. I want cash. I don't want to be told where to spend my money in the form of a voucher.
