This is happening with me too! I thought there was something wrong with my laptop.

LOL. If you scroll down past the video then it stops playing, even if you have sought the vid out and pressed play on i, it'll stop playing.

I do not like to see the automatic play videos tanto.Eu researched before, but I never found a way to avoid it.

I noticed that too, but I turned off the sound, therefore I watch only the videos which are interesting me.

They have stopped doing this now. I mostly access Facebook in my Firefox browser, and videos do not play automatically anymore.

Yup, I too saw it and have just been rushing past it very quickly LOL It struck me as odd but I never actually looked further into it......how very presumptuous of Facebook! My husband just told me about being able to disable it in your settings, so why he's not told me I don't know LOL
