If you are not much technical one, i suggest you to go for wordpress blog in which you can just make your blog the way u wanted without any coding skills and there are a lot of sites and videos u can find to learn how to maintain wordpress blog. As oldbuddy said it would be easy to start blogging but if u want to get paid for ur blog is the tricky one.

I know that blogger and WordPress do no require you to code and design your blog. Just visit any of the sites and create your blog for free then start posting immediately.
