Not necessarily. When I see someone post good stuff outside of their links, I figure that their links also contain good stuff. I think it's just a matter of building a bit of a sense of "trust," before diving into self-promotion.

It all comes down to that old, "Know, Like and Trust" goal every time.

You have a good point. But at the time I was impatient with no other way to earn online, and I wanted results in a decent time frame, which with internet marketing you can't put a time limit on anything.

When you compose a tweet you can include the following:

#FolloForFolloBack

Anyone who sees this tweet will understand that if they follow you - YOU will follow them back. The following is a recent tweet I posted as a way of giving you an example.

#TheDNCIn5Words Hillary doesn't mock disabled people #DemsInPhilly #FolloForFolloBack #love #respect #GodBlessAmerica

Sorry OP, but I have yet to tweet a gossip or personal things on any social media including Twitter but I have taken its best advantage by sharing my online work. Sharing on social media has helped earn me almost 30% additional income so far.

Thank you. I now see how it can work. Tweets looks mich shorter posts though. Can you actually tweet more than one paragraph? Do people tweet stories/incidences (elaborative posts)?

They are short (like 140 characters). That was the whole idea behind Twitter, popping out short messages. You can always do more than one tweet though, if you have more to add.

Well that is because it depends entirely upon what your reasons for creating the account was for in the first place. I have multiple twitter accounts. I have some that I was using for internet marketing and others that I use for personal use.

There was a time I had multiple internet marketing Twitter accounts that I used. Different profiles appeal to different types of people ;)
