I think it's definitely easier said than done. Many people have no concept of the amount of energy and time it all takes, not realising that you won't wake up to find you've got truckloads of money! It's really labour intensive and doesn't always earn you as much money as you'd like.

I agree with you that it is labour-intensive. You certainly do need to put in lots of time and effort to be a successful blogger.

Yes, one cannot be a successful blogger overnight. You need to give it plenty of your time and efforts. It certainly requires lots of patience too.

This is true. Blogging is more about promoting reading and writing than the money you gain. It takes a lot of time to start earning from them so one should do it at first out of passion.

Yes, I agree with you - most of the bloggers maintain their blog more out of passion rather than pecuniary considerations. Yes, if your only concern is to monetize the blog - it surely does take lot of efforts and advertising.

A lot of things are easier said than done, to be fair especially in terms of being a webmaster. The hardest part, of course, is promoting the blog because it's hard for anyone, especially for beginners. It can be a frustrating experience for a lot of users

Yes, I agree with you it's much easier said than done. Many people are just lazy they prefer to do it the wrong way like (spamming to get traffic/visits or buying traffic) these black seo methods are easy but they aren't useful anymore since google the giant search engine doesn't like those methods at all and its developed enough now to detect them immediately.

It is not easy as people think. I never had a successful blog.
Btu I have a successful facebook game page.
As well as a successful podcast.
So I guess I did better with audio and video than just writing blogs.
