I think in incicio at least 3 times a week in order to have enough content ... after some time and with a larger audience ideally 1 to week ... more is clear that whoever can is great post all days

When my site was 1-month-old, I posted there three times a day. These days, I think I can just post twice a month.

I wish I had the time to update my blog daily. I really need to sit down once a week and create content to post at different intervals, similar to what walash said. That would really be my best option at this point, since otherwise, I simply cannot get enough done. Now, to convince other people that I need to set that day aside without constant distraction...

1 post in two days time is better for any site to make it fresh and updated site on the eye of google search engine.

I post whenever I have something to publish. Since its my own, I tend to take time to compose what to write and publish whenever its ready. It can be a few days or week.
