hmm. you're looking for android emulator for apps that pay per install? That's what I'm up to as well. Download rooted version of Bluestacks 0.9.17.4138 Superuser BSEasy.msi. Then look for Bluestacks tweaker so you can change the imei and google id of bluestacks. Also you can change the model of your bluestack to let's say for example HTC one. Coz I think I can imagine the trouble you're getting now with bluestacks. Some applications cant be installed because of compatibility issue? If I'm correct then yeah, download Bluestacks tweaker to change the model. Hope it helps

I have never heard of it. Is it new? And does it lag your computer? Because when I used Andy it lagged for no specific reason. I sometimes use bluestacks but I don't like it that much. It is too cheap. What do you think about bluestacks?

There are many more but these three are the ones I've used and know of.

And for those that don't know, android emulators are like a software that lets you use your computer like a smartphone where you can run android apps and do thing you could only do on a smartphone. This emulator creates a virtual smartphone on your computer which you can use almost like an actual smartphone. But it tends to eat a lot of your computer's energy.
