My site didn't went down. I think its because of different hosting like what other's may have mentioned. There are numerous hosting such as CloudFlare and Hostigator. When one hosting has gone down, it will not affect the other. Though, it might have an negative impact on productivity and reputation. If you experienced frequent downtime's on your site, it may be time to make the move to another hosting. But anyway, this is just my opinion.
