I have had Google Ad Sense since before it became hard to get approved. Lucky lucky lucky!

I have tried to get approved for Media.net. I have never been good enough!

Not sure but I think it's either AdHitz or Bitcoadz. I don't have it at my sites but others do. It has pop ups and in many instances those ads cause my anti-virus software to send a warning. Use them at your own risk.

I agree, Pop up or pop under are too annoying. I did not go back to one site because of the popup ads allover the place, even though the site pays well. They spoil the site experience for the visitor and distract them from the purpose they are on your site. Some of those ads are also not very pleasant to say the least.
Honestly speaking I wouldn't have such ads on my site even if they pay.
