do you mean a site as a blog or a forum? I usually work alone because I can decide on my own. Furthermore, I don't have much traffic coming in

Currently, I do work on my blog on my own. My (grown) daughter who lives out of state recently contacted me with some ideas though. I'm thinking of asking her to jump in and work with me, instead of just sharing the ideas with me. She is very creative, and it would also give us more time together.

I am working as a member of the site. I do not own a certain site. I own a certain blog but not active there anymore. I love to manage my own sites but I think I am still young to do that, or maybe because I am lacking of experience that is why I don't want to try.

I am a one man show and always have been. When you start depending on others, you have even less time than you had before.

I don't necessarily agree with that, although that can turn out to be the case sometimes. I am a one woman show and always have been too ;)

I work alone for my personal websites, and to manage problems that could appear and I am not aware, I go on forums to search the solution.

I do it by myself.

However, I do have a mentor that I can ask when I get stumped or need new ideas.

As of now, I am working alone.. but I plan to have a couple of writers to publish posts occasionally. But site management will be done by me alone.

Sometimes, on those days when I don't feel like doing any work, I wish that I had other people to help me out and work for me. But then I would have to pay them, and I want all of my earnings, so then I decide that working alone is for the best.

That is not necessarily true. Most commissions are paid by the creator of the product or service and your customer pays the same, no matter if they buy from you or directly from the supplier.

Yes, the customer will still pay you the same, but the proceeds would have to be split between all those that were involved in the work, right?

That is too difficult to employ other online writer to your blog if your blog is earning. The sharing of earnings would be a problem especially if your co-admin or writer is a quality content writer. You just invite them as a guest writer without pay. You select those who willingly do help you in updating your blog especially those close to you, best of your friends, family members, business associates. among others.

Mine is a personal blog that has not yet grow to the extend of me being unable to manage it. I don't even think that personal blogs can be managed by more than one person unless they grow to big sites. For forums, a little help from another individual would be great as it is hard to monitor the activities of all posters on your own.

It's a mute point for me, I only advertise my own products or single level affiliate programs. I quit doing multi-level a long time ago.
