nowadays if you want a tutorial you're looking for google and youtube, once you had the orkut option where you entered a community of a particular topic and made a topical or watched the topics already created where they had a lot of people commenting

I don't want to create a bunch of great tutorials and have guests view them and not even register to say thank you.

What are your thoughts and do you think tutorials are worth creating?

Tutorials are worth it and much more. They are a guide especially if i am trying new things. They guide as step by step in all we do in the online world.I like them.

Tutorials are big help for me. I really appreciate people who shares comprehensive tutorials online. When you post tutorials in the forum, many will ask questions in regards to that and you will be the that will answer to it and provide additional information to make it more comprehensive.

You should definitely wrote some tutorials. There are a lot of tutorials that are missing on the internet, so you should make some of them if you want.

Well, these days I don't think they are really worth. There are simply too much of them. And if you created a new one it'll be very unlikely that people would go to your site/blog and read it because there are other sites that appear first in the search results!

I think any type of instructional tutorials are worth it as long as they are well written and understandable. I prefer tutorials that get to the point and possibly provide examples. If instructions are too wordy, they won't be read and the tutorials become ineffective.

Of course there is always the time factor to consider by the person presenting the tutorials, but I think if done correctly, there can be lasting benefits.

It's useful for people that don't understand you're system, and if they don't understand anything they can just get back to the video, it will save you alot of typing. I guess atleast, you will still be having questions, but if you get the question every hour then I think you should make some tutorials about it, I hope you liked my post and I will see you next time, good bye!

In forum sites, people prefer reading small tips or small content. One can create a basic introduction of the tutorial they want to present to readers and provide a link to the actual site that has the tutorial content.

I agree, tutorials are worth writing, some people might face the same problem in the future and might need it, it would be very useful to yourself as you sharpen your language and knowledge while creating one and also helps other people in case they faced the problem and they don't have to spend some money on a service center or expert online support if they can't find any solutions on other site.

Tutorials are a big help to those who eagerly want to learn. I love free tutorials because I learned so many things without being charged. I remember that I watched on YouTube he always ends his tutorials from saying "Sharing is caring". It's a nice gesture that he's willing to share his knowledge with everyone.
