As long as the members deliver in content, the site will keep on earning. People should realize that getting neg is for their own good. They should not be angry about it, they should just improve their post quality. A lot of people are so fragile that they quit after receiving a neg or they will neg back playing victim.

I agree, and it appears many don't consider this factor when discussing the longevity of a site. How can I pay you if there's no money coming in? A more reasonable concern would be the next calculated steps to ensure its sustenance. One idea is to take a closer look at the successful ones. How do you operate? What do they do differently? How can the 'dying/failing/stagnant' ones incorporate these changes?

Most advertisers hates survey topics. So please avoid making them unless you will put them in the forum game section. We need threads were people need to explain their replies. People also need to make replies that are replyable. It has been a problem in BMW when people makes useless repetitive replies with no new information,

Sadly, a lot of people are only focusing on milking the earning site. They do not care about content quality and sustainability of the site. They are there just for quick bucks.

I notice a lot of the rule breakers quits the moment you scold them because they rather do violations than change their ways. If they found out they cannot exploit the site, they rather quit.

Sadly, a lot of people are on.....

I have seen many cases when a user joins thinking that they would make some quick bucks, or their expectations are sky high.
When after a while, they realize that it is not the case, they get disappointed and so either become inactive or quit the site.

When you are paying users to create content, you expect the content to be high quality, and if the users are not creating high-quality content, the site will suffer.

It makes the work of the admin less stressful in this case. Now there's more time to work with those who have the interest of the site and wants to see it move forward.

I think I will have to agree with you on this. When you ban the rule breakers, spammers and low quality posters, you will have a clean site, which will help it gain trust on google.

There is a member here who got a lot of neg from me but the member changes their ways so I am starting to give positive reps. I hope that member continues to change.

I think spamming and low-value content are the two major issues in the forums that admin and moderators have to deal with. I am dealing with spammers.

I am using spammers to my advantage now as I edit their spams and turn them into post. I have to take advantage of their Ip address being fresh.

Does Google rank your forum better if you have more different IP address? If it does, what if spammers don't come back and you have only one post per IP?

Yes

Its okay because that single time they spam was put to good use. All forums have a one time poster. Even forumcoin have members who joins in one day, make 1 post and leave.
30% of the posts in my forum which have google adsense partnerships are repurposed spams. I need to change the usernames of them sometimes.

I mean you wont want your forum to have a member named Escorts4fun

I tried to do this but it did not help because most of the spammers create just one post and never come back.

Log in as them and use their account as your alter. It sounds weird to talk to yourself but you need to make an illusion your forum is active for it to get adsense.
