Hi Friends,

There is no sim card system for PC so you cannot make any calls, just they have released trial version of Alpha was released the company wish to upgrade the facilities in their Android system soon.

For a long time I have wondered why this was not a reality, but it seems as though the developers are finally catching up to that idea. I would be much more inclined to install Android on my computer than upgrading to windows 10.

This looks interesting but I wonder what will be it's use. I mean both computer and smartphone provide a different experience so what's the point of bringing phone's experience in computer when computer is already more powerul an featureful. I think this OS will be good for those who have PC but not the smartphone as they will be able to experience working on smartphone without buying smart phone

Its really interesting, but there have many other software/apps that can help you to use any android software on your pc/laptop. You can find out its on google and any search engine. Personally I use Bluestacks on my laptor.

The reason why I wouldn't make the leap from windows to Android on a PC system is because Windows has come a long way and has better security than Android in my opinion. So although it would be cool, I don't know if I would make the leap.

I have had Android on my kitchen desktop for a long time. It's a 23" All In One with a touch screen, so we look up recipes online and get the weather reports and it works fine. I have no need to make calls, but if I did I would just download an app for that like Google Hangout or Skype.

Since age is no longer creeping up on me, but rushing in like an NFL ball carrier on 4th down from the 1 yard line. it's very simple.

Do you mean a tablet? I have never in my life heard of a desktop or laptop running on an android operating system before. How is the experience for you overall? Which is better? Windows or Android?

They are quite common today, it's a complete computer very similar to a huge tablet with everything built into the monitor. It has USB ports for input, but no CD or DVD. I use a stylus on the screen, but you can also use your finger. It's on a built in stand, so takes less space than a computer would and the experience is good for what we use it for, but a little slower than my desktop. You can get All In One systems with Windows 10, but this one was only $175 on sale with Android 4.

Ohhhh, never seen one before, that I know of anyway. So I am assuming that the keyboard is touch screen and not an external piece of hardware. So if it is on a built in stand, can you still take it around the house, away from the stand? That is a fabulous price. I may invest in one. Thanks for the info.

You can run mine with the screen keyboard or a remote full wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. It is too large to carry around from room to room, but certainly possible, but you would move the entire unit, screen, stand and all. This is a new finding for me and it sounds like a really good idea for your pc to be like a smart phone

Can this desktop run the two OS simultaneously? I mean android and windows, so all we have to do is switch at will. :?

I watched a video that showed it dragging a file from the Windows desktop on to the Android.

Thanks for linking me to an image. And yes, I have seen those before in stores, but I just assumed they were like normal PC computers, because of the keyboard, when you can primarily use the on screen touch screen keyboard instead.
