Finding Contents For My Websites

Postby Vinaya » 21 Feb 2016, 00:44

I am running three websites in three different niche. I cannot churn good articles for all three websites. I am looking for the ways to find contents for my websites on cheaper rates.
My rate is lower that Fiver where the minimum rate is $5

it depends what kind of sites you have. you should make sites that interest you so you can make content yourself or join groups that cater to that interest and ask members if they want to make content for you. some discussions in those groups could even give you ideas

VinayaSpeaks seems to have pretty broad topics, why not post an ad here on Forum Coin asking for articles to be written and pay in Forum Coin instead of cash?

Oldbuddy that's an interesting idea. I may try this shortly. However, only problem on this is difficulty in choosing the writers.

Well, you can try a "paid" sample article on a chosen topic you like. Or request for an article written for another client :)

There are lots (too many!) sites that literally pay writers pennies. I'm sure you can find some cheap content easily.

Yeah, I'd try buying some content with Forum Coins first. At least you can get a sense of the person and their style by reading some of their posts, before you decide to hire them.

Good luck.

Wed can find cheap contents but the main question is reliability. Since I will be paying little, the writer might be tempted to sell the same article to other client.

Well, that's a trust issue. That could still happen if you paid a lot. That's why I said try to get a sense of a person on Forum Coin before hiring them.

I don't think anyone with that kind of intention will manage to stay in trade for long time. I suggest you to try site like Odesk that can provide you best options.

I agree with you on that, @thisnthat.....I think at this point we all have a good sense of the types of people we all are in this community. of course, it's not quite like knowing people on a personal level. BUT we interact on a daily basis, and that's about as well as you'll ever get to knowing people you're dealing with online. I think this is a good idea.

Indeed. He can also get a good sense of their posting style, and that should tell him whether or not they are trying to do a good job, or if they just "hit and run" to get done as quickly as possible, even if it adds nothing to the conversation. If it's the latter, expect the same from their writing.

It's unethical to reuse a published article. Maybe you can check on the track record of the writer if he writes good and also has a good reputation of being original. Send invites by PM with the details of your requirements.

Sites like iWriter are dirt cheap as well. I think it would be even better to buy work with Forum Coin. He can use the coins he earns so no cash out of pocket. That's what I would do if I were going to buy content.

If you are looking for a content writers, there are so many scattering all over the cyberworld. You couldn't control them if you want to let them write for you. The only worry you may have is that they write as if really a writing business for money. They may either spin the article or copy-paste it or generally they may give you a plagiarized posts.

Regardless how much you pay, that is always the risk, right? Do you have copyscape or any online tool you can run the article to see if there's any duplicate around?

So, Vinaya, did you ever decided to try any of these options? I'm curious how things worked out for you.

I still think I'd try buying articles with Forum Coins first.

What' re your sites about. It depends on the area you write about, sometimes it's not easy to publish articles often as you may have to really make enough research to be sure of what you churning out. If its an information or news site it's relatively easier.

You come across a lot of budding writers on various writing sites. You can ask some of them to help out. Some may be willing to work for what you have to offer but unless you ask, how do you know?
Another option is to open your sites for guest posts.
