- Join related astrology /tarot / horoscope forums. Add you signature and promote your articles where you can.
- Reddit has https://www.reddit.com/r/astrology/ & https://www.reddit.com/r/tarot & https://www.reddit.com/r/horoscopes/ which are 3 subreddits you might wish to be active in.
- Large general forums might have a section of people interested in Astrology/Tarot etc. You would need to seek these out.
- Get in touch with owners of other blogs in the niche and offer to guest blog.
- See if you can get a column in a local newspaper... You could then add your blog in the bio section.

Great suggestions, sam.. I don't have much to add to this.. but I just wanted to say that I have a different feeling when it comes to promoting niche sites. I think it's easier to promote niche sites than broad ones. At least you can find a group of people in forums or social media groups to promote it, but promoting broad sites is a great ordeal, where you will have to promote each article separately!

That's good advice. I would also say Pinterest or something maybe. When you can find people directly involved in your topic, I think it makes sense. You could make a Blogjob blog as well and not only get paid for it but also use it to promote your main site.
