I am not sure of what you're saying. From my experiences, the best way to attract those websites is to have a high Google ranking page, great Alexa ranking and a good amount of follower numbers.

If you find a product or service on a particular website that you like to work for, get in touch with the website owner and offer your service or propose your service to them. Chances are they will only pick the website that has a high page rank and good traffic, but you will never know if you don't try :)

I think that @IcyFirefly had a great idea. Mine would be to put an offer on Fiverr or some other place like that. I think that doing what IcyFirefly said would be your best bet. Going right to the company itself would probably get better results. Good luck. Hope you find a way to get what you want.

I know that there are some bloggers that are payed to review and publicity a product. But I think that only happens with high traffic blogs and I don't know if they are payed with the product or with money or both...

My approach would be to write a lot of splendid reviews for others and use that as a portfolio to attract others who want the same high level exposure and would seek you out. I did have a similar experience with a few video training series I have done. The admins for the sites saw some of my tutorials on YouTube and sent me an email asking if I would do some for them.

Thank you for your suggestion. How do you determine which websites are to be reviewed initially for free for your video training series

As other people have mentioned, Fiverr is a good place. Another place is PeoplePerHour, which is another site like Fiverr.

You could also contact them. Most people don't like doing that, but sometimes it works out well. It's worth a try. The worst they could do is say no. Nothing to lose.

How to find people who may be interested in purchasing reviews? Do you think any particular category of webmasters, website owners are more likely to be interested in getting a review, like ecommerce website owners and have the funds to do so?

The video training series I did was not for free and I didn't determine anything, they asked me.

I still have to land an online store but I made a few approach already. There was a store that I have to "sell" something thru my website so I can land "free samples" in exchange of an honest review on my blog. I guess you can start by finding survey sites or test sites that will send you a product for free in exchange of an honest review.

Research. From what I've been reading, many people who want reviews are looking just as hard to find legitimate reviewers. I'd start by searching for products or services that fit your topic.

Keep in mind that full disclosure is important if you are paid for reviews.

I would also recommend Fiverr, where you could advertise your reviewing services. The only thing i'll say is that there are a lot of other people offering that, so competition's tight. I had that same gig taken off me because apparently someone said it sounded too similar to theirs!?! Never mind the fact there there are scores of other people offering the same thing. Plus, I'd had the gig for close to two years with a 5 star rating. To say I was seething is putting mildly.

Fiverr is a great option as some have suggested. I used Fiverr before to buy followers for my social media sites since some of my advertisers wanted to see a big numbers. You can advertise on that website your services and what you want to do.

Another one would be put a banner right on your blog, provide a contact form, and make sure your ad is eye catching and in its prime spot.

You can directly approach a popular product company by judging from their reviews posted on most online selling sites like Amazon. Going through the reviews you can make out which are original and which aren't and take the retrograde approach. You will be suprised by the response.
