Adsense Alternatives

Postby shamzblueworld » 15 May 2016, 11:48

Have you ever used an adsense alternative for generating revenue from your site? Which one comes second to Adsense?

I cut out the middle man and advertise my own products or affiliate options.

Yes that is great if you can sell it, but I'm asking about services, there must be some good adsense alternatives right? I want to know about some of the good ones.

I would suggest these:

revenuehits.com
infolinks.com
chitika.com
adversal.com

I think these are some of the best options; you'll find more with a bit of searching.

Have you tried Popup advertising, you can find one that is suitable for you. That is irritating but works well.

I'm looking for one that works similar to adsense, as in ad appearance, I don't want to annoy my members. Infolinks is not a good option either, I will look into chitika again, there was once adbrite, which was quite good but it closed many years ago.

Why don't you add your site link to your profile here on Forum Coin and get a little globe under your name, so we can visit it. That may lead to some more ideas, or maybe even an offer or two.

Thanks for the list. I'd be checking them out, I had only heard about Chitika as Adsense alternative.

Media.net is another great ad revenue site. If you want to go the affiliate way then there are a few you can join that way. CJ affiliate and shareasale comes to mind. I am sure there are others you can find online. Even individual companies have affiliate programs like Itunes or Apple.

PublicityClerks.com? I used them for a hosting blog I had (and sold a few ads). They're similar to BuySellAds, a private ad marketplace, but without such stringent requirements.

Have not used Adsense for nearly 8 years now due to poor Google support, text link advertising and bidvertiser is the best option at present.

By link advertising you mean infolinks?

I think link advertising is all about your blogs link shared on different sites and forums but that sure is not alternate of adsense or is it another sharing site which is similar to chitika that used to convert words into links in green line. i am also curious to know about that site.

This is something new, thanks for sharing. I have been mostly using Infolinks and Chitika but I think it doesn't work for me.

This question will be asked eternally and the answer will still be NONE!
There is actually nothing comes even close to second after Adsense. People talk about Chitika, but it's a bitter truth that it just eats up your site's space but doesn't actually generate revenue. If the site is related to money/online earning/investment etc, then I prefer Adhitz. It's far better than Chitika.
Infolinks, too, is not good for small and medium sites. I tried it for 5 months and didn't earn even a single cent in spite of having decent traffic, whereas in Adhitz I earned close to $1. At least something is better than nothing!

I think chitika and infolinks are good. I am using them for my blogs too. And good part is that you can also use them on the same page with Google adsense. So they are good alternative for it.

I will check out chitika. I have been hearing it for years, but have not really look into it yet. I personally do not really like infolinks. ;)

I have already got one payment from chitika so far. They are good. If you have good traffic from sites like US, canada and few more, then you can earn good amount from chitika.
