Which is the best free software to monitor the uptime of a website in 2016. I have used host-tracker, however they are monitoring only one website for free. A website which can easily accessed in India is not accessible using software bots used by ad networks, trying to fix the problem faced.

niche perhaps have a look at https://updown.io/, I haven't used them myself but think CyberFreak might have some experience with them.
