I have one project created using Ruby on Rails. And I want to deploy this project on one of the clients VPS. I have no idea how to use the VPS dashboard and the shell.

Any idea where to learn the skills for the deployment of the rails on VPS?

CyberFreak spoke to me recently about Digital Ocean, he recommends it as a low cost way (from $5 per month) of getting a server, which you can use for learning and experimentation. I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your question, but if you get a trial VPS somewhere cheap, maybe you can use that to experiment and learn by doing.

Thanks I guess I have a lot of things to learn and pick up for this. Never done much of such console based deployment on any server. So something to learn.
