I'd suggest starting with the beginners HTML and CSS course at CodeAcademy. You can view it at http://www.codecademy.com/en/tracks/web

I would suggest beginning with the basic knowledge of computers then move on harder topics and finally tackle things like web programming.

Hi Shamzblueworld,

Yes I find something to learn in W3schools, I can learn HTML, CSS, Java Script, SQL, PHP and JQuery. I think this site is creating interest in me. First I try with HTML.

It is pretty simple actually, if you read it carefully and follow the little tutorials as well, I think for starting you should work on codecademy, it will make you understand better because you will have to practice some coding to move on to the next lecture.
