I like using HostChefs because I know the owner of it. For free hosting companies, Forumotion is very good.

I've only used one hosting company, Host Gator, so I guess I would say they are my "favorite" right now. I haven't really been too happy about the price, although; I've never had a problem with them so I can't complain too much.

I do not have a favourite. I dislike to 'put my eggs in one basket' and therefore use many different hosts to keep seeing which is better.

I love ErrantWeb mainly because I own it. However if I didn't I would still like it, I personally think I offer pretty good hosting on real hardware out of Detroit. For my second favorite it would be HostGator before they got bought out by EIG.

Well, yes, they are forum hosting, but they've also started offering premium packages too not too terribly long ago, so in a sense they're both forum hosting and a company. In other words, in a way they're like places like Zetaboards and whatever, because they use their own software (phpBB) but on the other hand, since they started offering paid hosting, this makes them a company too. Hopefully that makes sense.

I currently use Hosting24 for hosting, i haven't had problems with them and they are fast to respond if i need assistance with anything. Oh, they're also really cheap!

For VPS hosting i currently use http://burst.net/ i haven't had any problems with them so far so we sha'll see how my run with them goes.
