Name servers provided for webhosting not working

Postby niche » 28 Nov 2016, 04:05

Purchased webhosting from a Canadian company and paid them with Paypal. The name servers provided for the account are not working after 24 hours. Despite raising a support ticket, they are not replying to the emails. What could be the reason for the problem, what is the best way to get a response from this company or should I file a chargeback with Paypal if there is no response

Which company? Some have several versions to use and maybe you need a different one? Did you copy and paste it from the order, or did you look it up? If their own site is live then the servers ought to be workings.

I have used NoSupportLinuxHosting.com for many years and love the $1 a month fee for high quality hosting. They actually do provide good support, just not for the trivial stull you can find with Google.

Working on a New Side-Hustle

Since age is no longer creeping up on me, but rushing in like an NFL ball carrier on 4th down from the 1 yard line. it's very simple.

I am using hawkhost. And it is very quick on the changes. You may have to check with your host. And ask them to updaate. Usually if the domain and host is same then updating is not that hard.

I'd recommend using namecheap. I found them to be the best so far.
