Yup! Once a guy at ForumPromotion started a webhosting company, I actually was a moderator at the support forum for this hosting company, he offered a lifetime premium account for the job, but in a couple of months, it all vanished. The support forum, the hosting, every thing just poof and gone.

This is a sad incident when you have paid your hosting dues and suddenly the hosting company disappears without a clue. I would dread that day.
