hi question is in the title, what does a simple website cost?

I want to make some simple websites at low costs, so I need to know the average Price for a simple website

It totally depends. If you want to use a TLD like a .com then that would be $10 - $12 (roughly) and if you run multiple sites then that will be your biggest expense each year renewing those domains. Hosting costs vary. It depends on how many sites you need and the traffic they will have and what software such as Wordpress you sites will run. You could use free hosting and a free sub domain however as the famous saying goes, you get what you pay for. Typically hosting with a paid host is going to be a few $ a month roughly.

If you are looking at doing a bunch of sites, you will probably want a reseller as that will lower your per - website hosting cost.

If you are only running a handful of sites than you can run it from a shared account which would lower costs although does cause a bit of annoyance when it comes to maintenance as everything is combined into 1 account.

it cost around 20$ i think , 10$ for the domain name and also a 10$ for the hosting and if you have a promo codes it can be less than 20$

It depend upon hosting company some have very high rates and some have very low rates always go around 10$ to 100$

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, but I've seen ads for ready to use blogs for a buck per month. One of the sites I visit advertises wordpress blogs that are ready to go for this price. I don't know all the details, so you should do some research, but I don't think you can get much cheaper than that.

It can cost either free or a few hundred to a few thousand dollars for something simple.

Really depends on if your skilled yourself and how much work you expect the website designer to put in.

Well, yeah, free would be the cheapest. ha ha. It's true that there are lots of tutorials available for building your own sites. That might be the way to go if you have more time than money.

If you just want to experiment you can do it completly free of cost. Just use some free hosting and free domain.
If you want to start a big project you will have to pay.

You can get hosting for $0.1 for six months with them (use the PENNY cupon). After that it goes to $3.5/month. It's nice if you want to test some method that requires a domain/hosting.

As you came to know from previous suggestions how much a simple website will cost.So i would suggest you to first try your website with a free domain and hosting to see weather their is any problem or not because of this you will not loose your paid time.If everything seems fine then go for paid hosting and domain name.

You can run website/ project with 1000$ per month but usually the rate is about 10-15$ but I dont recommend the cheapest plan.
