Adsense Alternatives

Postby Sam » 06 Sep 2013, 06:11

As I was banned from Adsense 3 years ago, I am always on the lookout for Adsense alternatives. What are some that you recommend?

Personally I find that Yllix.com displays the best looking ads but whether you earn very much is a different matter.

BuySellAds are worth a look. They make it very easy to add their code to your site, which allows you to start selling ad space straight away. They also have a good marketplace which helps you to find buyers for your ad slots. I've used them and am always happy to recommend their services, as they have helped increase revenue generation from my sites.

I have heard about Bidvertiser which is similar to Google adsense. But Bidvertiser pays only for unique visitor clicks not like Google paying for every click made. I haven't personally used it.

Chitika is a ppc similar to adsense, however the ads show up when the user visits the page via search. You make money off of the clicks.

There are also services such as Infolinks or Kontera where you get ads from the content of your site.

I always either go with BuySellAds or Publicity Clerks.

Either that, or if your site is big enough, sell your own advertisements on your own and get the full amount of money.

I have not used chitika personally, but I am aware of this as an adsense alternative. From what I've read about chitika, you can even use it in conjunction with adsense.

Publicity Clerks seems like a nice site, I've bought a couple things off of their so I would recommend them.

I have tried this option before. They will still ban you so it's a waste of money.

I haven't used them myself shamzblueworld, but I have heard some reasonably good reports about them. You could try them on your site and see how they work out. An ad network that works on one site, may not work very well on another and vice versa, so it is worth testing them out for yourself. One suggestion I would make is to ensure that you don't add to many links to each web page, otherwise it could be annoying for your visitors.

Not only this, but you get to sell ads directly to the advertisers. And you with with them. It is not a CPC program. Generally you may also make much more from BSA than adsense as your site will also be generating more presence and you will get seen more by advertisers.

Only problem with BSA is it is in my opinion harder to actually get accepted into the network than it is adsense. It appears that they are very strict with who they let in.

Also xpl0iter has a nice list of alternatives you can use:

I've had an AdSense account for a while now and I quite like it. Could anyone tell me when the best time to add AdSense to your website is, activity wise.

What is the control for infolinks like shamsblueworld?
