There are also services such as Infolinks or Kontera where you get ads from the content of your site.

Personally I find that Yllix.com displays the best looking ads but whether you earn very much is a different matter.

I haven't used them myself shamzblueworld, but I have heard some reasonably good reports about them. You could try them on your site and see how they work out. An ad network that works on one site, may not work very well on another and vice versa, so it is worth testing them out for yourself. One suggestion I would make is to ensure that you don't add to many links to each web page, otherwise it could be annoying for your visitors.
Fergal wrote:BuySellAds are worth a look. They make it very easy to add their code to your site, which allows you to start selling ad space straight away. They also have a good marketplace which helps you to find buyers for your ad slots. I've used them and am always happy to recommend their services, as they have helped increase revenue generation from my sites.
