It is a nice gesture posting referral links and letting know others about a new site and its advantages. so that if anyone is interested to join in that site and earn something , they can do so. Just i went a quick glance of that site by clicking on it but i think i should dedicate sometime to go through it and understand about that so that i can help you out.
