As a web developer, I use to buy hosting slmost every week for customers and just for me ! In the two options you gave us, I'll say to go with iFastNet ! They have great offer and server are almost always up ! I have nothing to say about them except that they great hosting compagny !

Right now I haven't invested in any hosting servers..I do have TLD that I have pointed to my blog even though its not meant to be for the blog...working on trying to develop a website using Weebly's WYSIWYG website builder...I was thinking of buying a theme that I could easily customize for wordpress anytime for my other projects but then decided against it..I don't really have the money to pay for any of those at the moment and the domain that I even have was given to me for free by Scarface as a gift.
